I Didn’t Get The Verification Code

If you’re trying to sign an agreement and you haven’t received the verification code email, there are a couple of things you can try to locate it.

1. Check your spam or junk folder – depending on how strict your email client’s filters are, the email may have found its way into your junk folder.
2. Click the ‘Resend the code’ link on the page where you signed your name. This will send a different version of the email which may escape your email client’s filters.

If neither of these options helps, please email support@signtick.com with the subject line ‘I didn’t get the verification code’ and send the following details:

- Your name and email address
- The name of the person who sent you the agreement
- The name of the agreement you’re trying to sign
